Setup and administration
Customer pilot path from organization sign-in through billing, endpoint enrollment, protection, approvals, findings and reporting.
1. Sign in and create your organization
Use the invited Microsoft work account. The first authorized owner completes organization access; later users join with single-use invitations.
2. Choose protection
An organization owner selects a plan. Checkout, invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation stay in the secure hosted billing portal.
3. Invite the team
Open Organization, invite members and assign Owner, Admin, Analyst or Viewer. Keep at least one active owner and revoke unused invitations.
4. Enroll a Windows endpoint
Open AI Discovery, create the one-time endpoint key, download OSINET Guard and run the installer as Administrator. The key is shown once and protected locally.
5. Verify reporting, then protection
Confirm Windows, Browser and Agent/MCP surfaces report into AI Discovery. Reporting or discovery is not proof of enforcement: run each controlled protection check before marking it active and verified.
6. Operate findings and approvals
Owners and admins decide exact-action approvals and move findings through acknowledge, resolve or reopen. Reports contain security metadata only.
Privacy and recovery
OSINET retains tenant-scoped security metadata, not raw prompts, model output, conversations, credentials or payment-card data. Contact your OSINET administrator with the correlation ID shown for an operational error; never send an enrollment key.
